About Us
We are the Birstall and Howden Clough Linux User Group.
We are a group of people who enjoy using our computers without the hassles
of viruses, spyware, adware and other annoyances suffered by some other
operating systems. We believe in Open Source, that computer programs should
be written and shared, much in the same way that information is shared on
Wikipedia. In this manner, everyone with the knowledge to can improve it at
no cost and the rest of humanity can benefit. Here are some pictures of us!

BHCLUG convenes on the last Wednesday of every month.

We meet in Birstall in Jardy's Bar.

We cover a variety of topics at the meeting but always have time to help beginners get started.
